The Need to Tell Your Story

You may have heard the expression that "Leadership brings people to place they would not get to on their own". Boards, interviewing committees, stakeholders and even unions will say a new leader is needed who is bold and will have the courage and strength to lead this organization through the changes that are long overdue. Sometimes a leader may take this path and for a variety of reasons find themselves compromised and at significant personal risk.
I will share my story via a power point presentation that is the first entry of this blog. I encourage you to share your story. During times of signficant change, everyone can be a leader in one way or another- change in everyone's responsibility. It is not only a challenge for the top person in the organization.
